Return Policy

New Items
Items purchased as new may be returned for a full refund within 30 days if unopened.

Preowned Items
Games, accessories, and movies purchased as preowned may be returned for a 50% refund within 30 days.  Systems and bundles may be returned for a 75% refund within 30 days.

Defective Returns
Items that are defective due to a manufacturing defect or our error can be exchanged or refunded with 30 days.  After an RMA request is received for the item(s), we will issue a return label.  Replacement items will be shipped and billed to the customer immediately, and once the defective item is received and determined defective due to circumstances outside the customer's control, we will issue a refund for the replacement item.  If the item is not defective, standard return rates apply.  If the item is defective due to the customer's actions or inaction, a refund will not be issued for the replacement item.

Items that contain redeem codes or are one-time use cannot be returned.
